Terms of Use
Arcade is a free, open-source plugin for Claude Code together with this website (agent-arcade.fefaodessa.workers.dev). It offers games, videos, articles, books, chats and shared boards to use while an agent works. By using Arcade you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Arcade.
YouTube
Arcade's video features use YouTube API Services. By using them, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Arcade's own handling of your data is described in the Arcade Privacy Policy.
The service
Arcade is a hobby project, offered free of charge and as is. Features, limits and availability can change at any time, and the service may be paused or stopped. Limits keep free services available to everyone, for example on searches and connections. When you reach one, the feature waits until the limit resets.
Accounts
Accounts are optional and use GitHub sign-in. You are responsible for what is done with your account, so keep your sign-in to yourself. Your @handle must not impersonate anyone or be offensive. Accounts that break these terms may be limited or removed. You can delete your account at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use Arcade to:
- break the law or anyone's rights, including copyright;
- harass, threaten or spam people, or send them content they didn't ask for;
- share malware, or try to get into other people's accounts, chats or boards;
- overload the website, get around its limits, or collect data from it automatically, beyond how the plugin itself uses it.
Your content
Messages, cards and bug reports you write remain yours. You let Arcade store them and deliver them to the people you share them with, only to run the service. Chats and boards are not end-to-end encrypted, so don't put secrets in them.
Games, books, videos and other content
Games, books, videos, articles and podcasts belong to their authors and are used under their own licenses and terms. Arcade lists, embeds or links to them; credits and licenses are shown with each game. Files you open yourself, such as your own game files or audiobooks, must be ones you have the right to use. They stay on your computer.
Open source
Arcade's code is published under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 at github.com/ArbakovMaxim/agent-arcade. That license governs the code. These terms govern the use of this website and its services.
No warranty
Arcade is provided without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, its maintainer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use, including lost data or game progress.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Using Arcade after a change means you accept the new terms.
